We are the co-founder and key member of The Credit Collection Association of Singapore (CCAS). The key objective of the association is to represent, advance, promote and protect, in Singapore and abroad, the major credit collection concerns such as professional conduct, behavior, consistent training of the credit collection agencies carrying on business and industry in Singapore. We follow a strict code of ethics to ensure high level of professionalism whilst maintaining excellent success rate for our clients.

Meet Our Founder

Thomas Choo – He has more than 28 years of regional risk management experience in credit information, database management, training, call centre and debt recovery. He was one of the pioneers in steering a listed MNC in the region and had held various senior portfolios. He had won numerous recognition awards like the prestigious Leadership Conference where the ‘BEST OF THE BEST’ in the Asia-Pacific countries are being recognized for their top performance. He was also a member of the Senior Management Delegation Team for the credible European Road Show in 1999 to promote Business Opportunities & Risk Management in Asia. Countries covered included Italy, France, Switzerland, UK and Germany. He was also the CEO of a major call centre for 3 years, a joint venture company of which the shareholders are 90% listed companies. His last appointment was also the CEO and director of another collection agency.

He successfully turned around the company from a less than 10 people team to more than 60 in less than 3 years. He also expanded the company presence to the region such as Malaysia, Indonesia and China. He transformed the company from a little known firm into one of the top collection agencies in the region. Thomas also sit on a few companies as board director.

The Management Team

Our key managers are all experience and have been in the similar industry for more than 10 over years. Every one of them has their own skill and specializing in different vertical markets and scope of responsibilities ranging from operations to business development to field investigations. They have worked into different organization and competitive firms and thus are extremely familiar with the strengths and weaknesses of the market expectations and performance.
